"Fluffy Stuff" is a sampler of three different textiles; the most 3D textures that I hand-dye under ice.
Five large pieces of each.
> All fabrics are 100% pre-shrunk cotton, triple-washed
> Fiber-reactive dye won't fade or bleed; washable
> Hand-dyed in small batches, each color in a separate pan

> CHEESECLOTH is a half-yard each of five different colors. Shown folded many times; it stretches to an 18" x 36" mural of color. Each piece features up to 20 different individual colors, sometimes different shades and sometimes surprise pops of contrast colors.
> "PUCKER CLOTH" is a simple homespun weave that shrinks to become rows and rows of mountainous texture. Five pieces, approx 11" x 14." You can gather a few threads to "smock" one or more rows for an even-more-interesting look. Still textured when ironed. A slightly matte finish on waves of rich color. These tend to dye more solid than other textiles; the swirls and curls are in the texture.
> DOUBLE GAUZE - five pieces, at least 14" x 11." Oh-so-soft and fluffy. "Quilted" in a double-square pattern. There are many names for this fluffiness... double gauze, baby muslin, swaddle cloth, diaper padding, and more. Textures multiply on these fun cuts, and I've found so many interesting ways to use it.
> TEXTURED GAUZE - five pieces, approx 9" x 14." This textile goes by many names: crinkle gauze, bubble gauze, or just plain gauze. A matte finish make pictures awful, but my technique of multiple colors across each piece still applies.
